About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Manual Tester with Real time automation experience on Appium using Java to test mobile applications (Android & iOS) and web applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Write detailed test cases and perform execution of test cases.
• Test Web and Mobile apps(Android & iOS) to ensure they meet defined quality standards.
• Identify defects & bugs and work with developers to resolve them.
• Participate in the complete software development life cycle for new products.
• Perform regression testing for products.
• Review Test artifacts.

Skills and qualifications

• A graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a manual tester in web & Mobile applications.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow test plans and scripts, Automation experience in Selenium, Appium and Cypress will be added advantage.
• Exposure to CI\CD tools such as Git Jenkins.
• Good in Prioritizing the test cases.
• Hands on tools like Postman, Charles, Proxy.
• Good Knowledge on test design techniques.
• Aware of various testing types such as Risk, Ad Hoc , exploratory hands on event monitoring tool like Amplitude.
