Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete interview coordination cycle, including candidate communication for availability, scheduling of interview rounds, and sending rejection emails to close the loop.
- Maintain hiring trackers.
- Schedule and coordinate in person and online interviews.
- Understand the job requirement and interview process for entry-level to leadership hiring across all business functions.
- Work comfortably with data and be familiar with Google Sheets and Calendars.
- Communicate effectively and respond promptly to hiring managers, interviewers and candidates.
- Work on Job Portals and add profiles in ATS (Application Tracking System).
