About the Role:

As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in crafting intuitive and impactful user experiences. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers, you will design solutions that delight users and align with business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with fellow designers, product managers, and engineering teams to define and create relevant, intuitive and beautiful experiences that our users love.
• Understand users and their needs through user research and usability tests, usage analytics, and feedback.
• Conceptualize and design original ideas that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design issues.
• Work on a feature end to end from the design side - from creating personas, storyboards to wireframes, high fidelity mockups, end-to-end flows and clickable prototypes.
• Advocate for your design solutions by putting them in the context of business and user goals.

• Stay updated with design trends and competitor analysis. 

  Iterate on designs based on user feedback, tech constraints,stakeholder feedback, and more.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Graduate/Post Graduate with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.

2. Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and problem solving skills.

3. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch

4. Ability to communicate design rationale effectively.

5. Passion for building software products and services.Have an exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong product and visual design sensibilities and experience in creating concepts, user journeys, specifying interaction details, etc.

6. Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

7. Have professional proficiency in high-fidelity mockup and prototyping tools such as Figma.

8. Love working with other designers to help them learn and growand have them help you learn and grow.

9. Care about details and are excited to keep pushing your work until it is pixel-perfect.
